HI, I'M DOMINIQUE
Let me tell you how I found my way back to what I already had.

Here's the strangest, truest thing I can tell you: you already have everything you came here looking for. You don't need me, or any teacher or reader, to tell you about your life. You have a direct line to your own Spirit, and everything I do is in service of helping you hear it again. I am not special, and I am also as special as you are. That's rather the point.
My story
I spent years trying to be normal.
For as long as I can remember, I felt everything. As a child it was the animals first, I was drawn to them completely, and I was sure I could feel what they felt. Then it widened: the heaviness in the world, the cruelty and unfairness no one else seemed to carry the way I did. I felt too much, and it ached.
So somewhere in my teens, tired of feeling so much and powerless to change any of it, I made a quiet decision: I would be normal. I built a shield around my heart, and I got good at it. Good enough to want normal everywhere, the right interests, the right look, the right life. And I manifested all of it. The enviable life, the shield, the ease.
And still, underneath it, I was unhappy. There was a longing I couldn’t name and couldn’t shake, a missing thing I couldn’t point to, no matter how good it all looked from the outside. That quiet emptiness grew for years.
Then came a health crisis that cracked the shield wide open. In the breaking, I found energy work, and a whole language for the thing I’d spent my life trying to silence. As I healed, it all clicked: what I’d been longing for was what little me already knew. My Spirit had never stopped speaking. I had just stopped listening.
Normal is overrated. Sensitivity is a superpower.
Now my work is to help you find your way back, sooner and more gently than I did. The part of you that feels too much is not too much. It’s your most reliable instrument. If you’ve spent your life being told otherwise, you’ll be understood here.

What I believe
The ground it all stands on.
01
You attract what you are
And what you are is shaped by how connected you are to your own Spirit. The work begins on the inside; everything outward follows from there.
02
Your Spirit is quieter than your fear
It never shouts, never insists. Most of this work is simply learning to tell the quiet voice from the loud ones, fear, expectation, and all the shoulds.
03
Your home is part of you
The space you live in is always reflecting a life back to you, the old one, or the one you’re reaching for. Tend the space, and it begins to tend you back.
04
Alignment is the whole game
Self, lifestyle, and home, pointed the same way. When the three stop pulling against each other, the life you’re living and the life your Spirit is calling toward become one life.
Training & lineage
Where the work comes from.
Seven years down the rabbit hole
Once I started listening, I couldn’t stop. For the better part of a decade I followed this thread wherever it led, studying intuition, energy healing, and the way our inner and outer worlds speak to each other, learning everything I could get my hands on. The trainings below are the anchors, but the real education was years of practice, on myself first, and on the life that kept rearranging itself as I went.
Intuitive coaching
I trained as a Gifted Intuitive Coach with Sonia Choquette, whose work sits at the centre of how I listen.

Home energy
I trained in Feng Shui with Dana Claudat, in the Tao of Dana. I don’t practice it by its rules; I’ve taken what’s true in it and made it my own, led by what the space and the person are actually asking for.
A grounded foundation
I’m not a guru, and I never will be. I bring rigour and intuition to the same table, and I’ll only ever hand you back to your own knowing.
Purpose beyond myself
A life of purpose is part of being aligned.
I believe alignment isn’t only personal. A life that feels whole is one with purpose woven through it, something you give yourself to beyond your own wanting. For me, that’s the animals who first taught me to feel.
A portion of everything AnimaDreams earns goes to animal welfare. It isn’t separate from the work. It’s part of what alignment means to me.

For me, how we treat the most voiceless is part of how aligned I really am.
