My work is helping you hear yourself again.
You carry two voices. Spirit is the first, and the quietest, the one that never pushes. Ego is the second, the loud one, insisting through fear that there's one right path. There are always more possibilities than the loud voice can see. When you learn to hear the quiet voice again, everything opens.
This is intuitive coaching. Traditional coaching brings you answers from the outside world. My work is the rarer thing: helping you hear the answers already within you, and trust them enough to act. That skill, drawing out your own knowing instead of adding to the noise around you, is exactly what I trained years to do.

When you can feel something ready to shift, something stuck that wants to loosen, or stirring that wants to come through. Intuitive coaching met with a layer of energetic alignment, so clarity becomes movement. You leave with stepping stones that feel like yours.

We align everything you inhabit, inside and out, around one dream you're calling into your life. Your spaces and your self, aligned together over two sessions, closing with a written design that's yours to keep.
