The Aligned Living Method
You already have the answer.
My work is helping you hear yourself again.

A direct line
You have a direct line to your own Spirit. Not through me, not through any teacher or reader or oracle. Through you. It is your birthright, a quiet and constant connection to something larger, and it has been with you your whole life.
Most intuitive work puts someone between you and that knowing: they read, they tell you what they see. I do the opposite. I bring you back to your own Spirit, so you can hear it for yourself.
What went quiet
The connection never left. We just stopped listening. Somewhere in growing up, in the rules and the roles and the world’s loud opinions, most of us learned that our own inner voice wasn’t to be trusted. So we quieted it, and we went looking outside ourselves for answers we were always carrying.
If you’ve spent years searching, in books, in experts, in everyone’s view but your own, this is why. Not because the knowing is gone, but because you were taught to doubt it.
The two voices
Here is the heart of how I work, and it’s simpler than it sounds. You carry two voices.
Spirit is the first voice, and the quiet one. Ego is the second voice, and the loud one.
Spirit never pushes, never insists, never frightens you into anything. It speaks once, gently, and waits. Ego argues and insists, and it speaks through fear. It tells you there is a right and a wrong, one correct path and a hundred ways to fail.
Ego isn’t the enemy. It was built to keep you safe, and it has its place. But it was never meant to be the driver. When the loud, fearful voice runs your life, everything narrows. When you learn to hear the quiet one again, everything opens.
There is never only one way
That is the lie the loud voice tells: that there is one right answer, and everything else is a mistake. But there are always more possibilities than the loud voice can see.
Spirit doesn’t deal in right and wrong. It deals in possibility.
The moment you remember that, the airlessness lifts, that trapped feeling of standing on a single track with no good move.
You won’t be told. You’ll feel it.
This is why the work creates real change, when so much good advice doesn’t. Being told something keeps it in your head. You can hear something true, nod, even feel it resonate, and still not move, because understanding lives in the mind, and the mind alone rarely changes a life.
When you come back to your Spirit, you don’t just understand the answer. You feel it in your bones.
That embodied knowing becomes awareness, and from awareness, real change becomes possible. The first step you take isn’t one I assigned. It’s one you felt was yours.
Grounded, not floaty
None of this is woo, and you don’t have to believe in any of it for it to do something for you. Coming home to your own Spirit shows up in ordinary, practical ways: clearer decisions, lighter days, a life that begins to feel like yours instead of one you’re performing. Grounded is the whole point.
A guide, never a guru
I trained as a Gifted Intuitive Coach and Guide with Sonia Choquette, one of the most respected intuitive teachers in the world, whose life's work is helping people reconnect with the knowing that was always theirs. That's the lineage I come from, and it's the whole spirit of how I work: not me knowing for you, but you remembering how to know for yourself.
My favorite moment is when you realise you had the answer all along.
Traditional coaching brings you answers from the outside. My work is the rarer craft of drawing out the ones already within you, and helping you trust them enough to live by. That skill, pointing you back toward your own knowing instead of adding to the noise, is exactly what I trained years to do.

It reaches all the way home
This homecoming doesn’t stay inside. As you reconnect with your Spirit, it begins to reshape how you live, your habits, your rhythms, and the space around you, because the way you live and the home you live in both mirror and shape what’s within.
Working with the energy of a home is ancient and true, but somewhere it collected a layer of dogma, rules about what brings luck and what to fear. That rigidity is the opposite of everything I believe. So I tend to a home the way I tend to a person: intuitively, led by what’s true for you, never by a rulebook.
This is Aligned Living. Coming home to your own Spirit, and letting that homecoming reach all the way into your self, your lifestyle, and your home.
